Nuisance
One case we are very proud of was one that was taken in an effort to protect the liberties and freedoms that we all deserve. Our clients were naturalized United States citizens of Indian decent. They were subject to constant racial harassment at the hands of a neighbor. Though many attorneys did not see value in the case, we believed in our client’s fundamental rights and decided to take the case on principle. After trial, a jury of Fulton County residence determined that violations of one’s liberties and freedoms (including the right to enjoy property) were not acceptable. The five-figure verdict included an award for punitive damages.

Townes, Davis & Associates has obtained multiple Policy Limit Recoveries for various cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, and other types of personal injuries. We pride ourselves in fighting for clients and clients’ rights, even when others believed the obstacles to be too great to take the risk.
